📋 Membership

Q: How do I become a member?
A: You can purchase a membership directly through our Membership Page. A current HCBC (or equivalent) is required, and you must complete an online waiver during sign-up.

Q: What does a KRC membership include?
A: Membership includes:

Unlimited riding access during daylight hours (when rings aren't booked for events)
Discounted rates on KRC-hosted events, including stabling and entry fees

Q: Can guests ride at KRC?
A: Yes. Guest riders must pay a guest fee and sign a waiver before riding. This can be done online or at the clubhouse.

🐎 Riding at the Club

Q: Do you offer riding lessons?
A: No, KRC does not offer riding lessons.

Q: Do you offer trail rides?
A: No. For local trail ride providers, check Diamond H Tack’s community page.

Q: What are the riding hours?
A: The club is open daily from 7:00 am until sunset for members.

Q: When are the rings open?
A: Rings are available for riding unless booked for an event. Please check the Events Calendar for availability.

🏠 Clubhouse & Facilities

Q: Is the clubhouse open?
A: The clubhouse is closed except during shows or special events.

Q: Are washrooms available?
A: Yes. Member washrooms are open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Q: Can I rent the clubhouse?
A: Yes! Visit our Rentals Page for bookings.

🎪 Events & Volunteering

Q: Are events open to the public?
A: Yes! Spectators are welcome. Please use designated spectator parking.

Q: Can I volunteer at events?
A: Absolutely! Email Susanne@KelownaRidingClub.ca to get involved.

🚗 Parking & Vehicles

Q: Where can I park?
A: Only in designated parking areas.

Q: Can I leave my trailer overnight?
A: No, unless you have prior approval from the club.

Q: How do I send money to the club?
A: You can e-transfer funds to the club using the email payment@KelownaRidingClub.ca.
