When is Gather?

Gather will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM.

Where is the event?

​

The evening will be held at the Kelowna Riding Club.

​

What should I wear?

​

Think autumn vibes! There is no need to be overly formal. We encourage guests to dress for a beautiful fall evening and keep in mind that this is an open-air dining experience.

What is Gather?

​

Gather is a Harvest Long Table Dinner celebrating good food, good company, our equestrian community, and the future of the Kelowna Riding Club. Guests will come together around one long table for an evening of food and connection.

What will be served?

​

Guests will enjoy a generous buffet-style harvest dinner, beginning with shared appetizers and followed by a selection of entrées, sides and salads. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

​

What is the event supporting?

​

Funds raised through Gather will support the KRC Capital Improvement Project, including much-needed improvements to our Clubhouse. These improvements are part of our goal to create a more accessible, welcoming and functional space for both our equestrian community and the wider community.​ Funds raised will also help us work toward securing a matching grant, allowing the impact of your support to go even further.

Is Gather only for members of the equestrian community?

​

Not at all! Everyone is welcome. While the Kelowna Riding Club is rooted in our equestrian community, Gather is about bringing people together. We hope to create a Club space that can be enjoyed for horse-related activities as well as community gatherings, events, celebrations and more.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

​

Gather is planned as an open-air dining experience, so we recommend dressing appropriately for a September evening in the Okanagan.
