FAQ'S
When and where is the event? Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the Kelowna Riding Club 📍 3745 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC Gates open at 5:00 PM and the event runs late into the evening.
What’s included with my ticket? Your ticket includes: A catered buffet dinner, and welcome complimentary drink. Live music by country artist Dawson Gray. Line dancing & DJ entertainment. Access to our silent auction & raffle. Rustic revelry with great company!
What should I wear? Think Western glam! Denim, boots, fringe, sparkle — dress it up or down. It’s all about fun, festive, and comfortable.
Will there be alcohol? Yes! There will be a full-service bar featuring two signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. Please drink responsibly.
Where do I park? Free parking is available on-site at the Kelowna Riding Club. Volunteers will be on hand to direct you.
How do I pay for silent auction or raffle items? We’ll be accepting payments via Square (card) or e-transfer for all auction and raffle items.
Can I support the event even if I can’t attend? Absolutely! You can donate a silent auction item, sponsor a portion of the event, or make a monetary donation. Please contact us at lisa@kelownaridingclub.ca for more information.
Is this event family-friendly? This is an adult-focused evening, with a bar on-site and a dinner/dance atmosphere. We recommend it for ages 19+, however members of the community in their teens are welcome to join. We will have lots of alcohol-free drink options.
I’d like to sponsor the event or donate a silent auction item — how do I do that? We’d love to have your support! Whether you’re interested in becoming a sponsor or donating an item for our silent auction or raffle, we welcome contributions of all sizes.
